I'm passionate about sharing the Fair Play Method and will tailor each session to meet your specific needs and goals. There is no perfect way to do Fair Play. Whether you are totally new to Fair Play or need a jumpstart after a fizzled first attempt, we will work together to create a plan for implementing the system in a supportive and sustainable way.

I work 1-1 and with couples.

My goal is to support you in implementing the Fair Play Method in your home so that you both feel less stress and have more time to pursue what lights you up and keeps you feeling healthy.

What is Fair Play?

Fair Play is a system that helps couples divide household responsibilities fairly. The heart of the system is a new vocabulary for talking about domestic life and a commitment to a regular communication practice.

In addition to strategies for implementing Fair Play, we may also discuss: 

• societal conditioning and family expectations

• the legacy you inherited and the legacy you want to create for your children/grandchildren

• your shared values

• making time for you

• how to implement Fair Play

How long would we work together? 

That is totally dependent on your needs and goals. I have no pre-set packages. In the past, I've worked 1-1 and with couples from 1 to 4 sessions.

Investment

Hourly rate: $75 

Each hour with me includes prep work,  follow up, and accountability check-ins.
