Anxiety falls, and life starts feeling expansive instead of crushing. You start feeling like a human again, and remembering who you are outside of your roles of parent, partner, and worker. The shift ripples outward and transforms everyone in your orbit.
I’ll help you put down what was never yours to carry and build a life that finally feels like yours.
What it feels like to be coached
Think of me as your older sister who helps you see your unique gifts, the stories that don't serve you, and your ability to create meaningful change right away.
You have been taking care of everyone else. My job is to support you. I'll listen, ask powerful questions, use tools that help you see things from different angles, challenge you, and celebrate you.
You only need to bring one thing to each session: curiosity.
You'll share what's on your mind — a decision you're circling, something that triggered you, a moment of joy you didn't expect. Together we'll slow down and look at it, deciphering what's yours and what's conditioning, what your body is telling you versus outside noise.
From that clarity, we'll find the next small, honest step forward.

2 coaching calls per month (50 minutes each)

Coaching is a collaborative process. I bring my curiosity, and you bring an area of your life that you want to change. Together, we'll explore what's important to you and why, what obstacles are keeping you from making these changes, and create strategies for moving forward, one small, manageable step at a time.
You are the expert of your life. You have all the resourcefulness, wisdom, and creativity you need to create the change you desire.
My role is to support you, give you permission to create the change you need, ask powerful questions, explore beliefs that may be holding you back, provide accountability, and share tools/resources that align with your goals.

I once heard someone say that a "coach is to a therapist, as a personal trainer is to a physician". I like that comparison. A therapist supports people who aren't at a healthy baseline and works with them to diagnose and heal what's broken. They often do this by looking backward and exploring trauma. A coach works with clients who are at a healthy baseline, and want to improve an area of their life.
In coaching, you are the expert of your life. There is nothing to fix. My goal is to be a thought partner in your journey from baseline towards a life that better reflects your needs and dreams. I ask questions and share tools that help you connect with your agency, and then support you in taking steps in a direction of your choosing.
In our coaching session, there may be areas that we explore that overlap with therapy. We may discuss the origins of beliefs that impact your life.

As a life coach, I don’t offer a fancy 5-step process that guarantees inner peace, weight loss, or equity at home.
Most of us are already doing too much, too fast, and are ignoring our own needs.
I believe in slower and less.
My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and move further away from the pressures and expectations you have been bombarded with since childhood.I believe there is nothing to fix. You’re not broken; the system is broken.
I believe you are the expert in your life, not me. And all the answers you are seeking are right inside you. I’m here to help you remember how to listen.
We’ll move forward at a pace that is led by you, one manageable step at a time. I’ll bring my curiosity and my lens, which is shared above: unlearn, connect, and live fully human.
